April 2027
New York
New York 2027 is a new event from Proximo: one day, one sector, built specifically to finance US data centre, power and fibre infrastructure. It's the first year running, giving you a dedicated session on digital infrastructure ahead of Proximo Congress in June.
The pipeline hasn’t cooled; it’s concentrated. US digital infrastructure project finance ran at about $62.9bn in 2024, jumped to $131.4bn in 2025, and is already $133.1bn+ in 2026 (Proximo Intelligence). Fewer names, bigger cheques: average ticket from ~$1.05bn to ~$1.66bn to ~$2.83bn, with hyperscale data centres taking almost all of it ($58.2bn / $118.0bn / $128.7bn).
Attend and you get direct time with the people who originate, lend, structure and advise on that pipeline: local, specific conversations, with focused sessions as the start and real value in the 1:1s.
Why attend:
• Two chances to engage with the Proximo community this year, once with a full day on digital infrastructure, once at the full Congress agenda
• Meet the hyperscalers, developers, private credit desks and banks financing GW-scale campuses right now
• A finance-first agenda built around actual dealmaking, not another "AI demand is huge" outlook
New York gives you focused time on digital infrastructure. Proximo Congress in June brings the same community together for the full project finance agenda, digital infrastructure included, at Proximo Congress 2027.
